Andrew Gee, President and Founder

Andrew Gee has a background in architecture, urban planning, and business.  He is a CA licensed broker - BRE License #01963465, and has provided brokerage services for clients throughout Los Angeles and Riverside Counties.

Andrew has worked at the Marcus & Millichap Companies, RSG Inc., K.Hovnanian Homes, Wesco Homes and Development, as well as several startup companies throughout his career.

Andrew has an MBA from UC Berkeley, an MA in Urban Planning from UCLA and Bachelor's in Architecture in Cal Poly Pomona.

David Neilson (BRE #00575926) serves a multitude of clients with a “client-for-life” attitude. His clients range from Fortune 5 companies to high net-worth family offices looking to build their investment portfolio.

He applies his experience as a long-time broker and communications specialist with a broad spectrum of real estate success. His focus is value creation with mitigated minimal risk.

His experience and local knowledge have served him well in the numerous transactions that he has skillfully negotiated throughout his career.  David is a life-long Los Angeles area resident and is excited with all of the development going on in LA.
